Thrust roller bearing Thrust roller bearings consist of cylindrical roller, cage assembly, shaft ring and race ring. This bearing has very small axial cross section height, high bearing capacity, and high rigidity. It can bear one-way axial force. Thrust roller and cage assembly The thrust roller and cage assembly has a column or two column roller. The cage assembly has a very small axial cross section height, high bearing capacity, and high rigidity. The axial forces in one direction can be supported and acted as radial non positioning bearings. The thrust cage assembly is combined with the outer ring shaft or is directly integrated into adjacent structures. If the bearing ring is not used, the raceway must be machined by the bearing raceway. Seat The bearing ring is machined, and the outer surface needs to be machined with high precision. They are positioned in the bearing housings and are joined to the cage assembly if the adjacent surfaces cannot be used as raceways. The shaft ring The shaft ring is machined, the hole is grinded and the working surface is machined with high precision. They are shaft oriented and incorporate with the cage assembly if adjacent surfaces cannot be used as raceways. Bearing ring The bearing washer can be divided into seat ring and axle ring. Machining of hole and outer surface, grinding of working face. |
