SKF provides the following grease tester:
SKF grease tester, BeQuiet+, for evaluating grease noise of rolling bearings.
SKF grease tester RST-T200-P4 for testing the shear stability of greases.
SKF grease tester R0F and R0F+ for evaluating the performance of oils at high temperature and high speed.
SKF lubrication test device MEL-7000, used to measure the capacitance between the inner and outer rings of the bearing. This measurement shows the lubrication of the bearing.
SKF grease tester RHF 1 for evaluating the performance of oils at high temperatures and at high speeds.
SKF grease tester EMCOR for evaluating the corrosion resistance of greases.
The SKF grease tester EMCOR is tested in accordance with DIN 51802, ISO 11007 and IP 220 standards for the use of distilled water.
SKF grease tester, V2F, is used to evaluate the mechanical stability of the grease, which is a necessary condition to prevent leakage. SKF V2F conform to the SS 3653 standard: Railway - axle box rolling bearings - grease mechanical stability test.
SKF grease tester, R2F, is used to evaluate the mechanical state of grease at various loads, speeds and temperatures.
