SKF oil and gas lubrication system description:
The amount of lubricant used to measure the volume of the pump and distributor is separated by a continuous flow of air through the pump and distributor, and is transported in the pipeline along the direction of the compressed air stream. The oil is fed into the air stream in a pulsed manner at the mixing point (the mixing valve). The lubricating oil drops out of the nozzle of the oil outlet, and the oil flow rate is almost continuous. This means that the bearing seat is subjected to a slight excess pressure, leaving the dust away from these sensitive bearings. Conveying gas is almost completely removed from the bearing oil. Application of this concept, not only without oil mist, but also beneficial to environmental protection.
