| Performance characteristics: the generator is located at the tail of the doubly fed machine head. There are two sets of large and medium bearings on the generator, which support the generator rotor. Generator bearing speed is generally about 2000rpm, with corrosion resistance and insulation performance, with more than 3000V DC, AC 2000V above the pressure capacity. Because of the decrease of rolling density, the centrifugal load of hybrid ceramic ball bearing is reduced, and the ceramic ball has no oil self lubrication property and small friction coefficient, so it can work at higher speed. The ultimate speed of mixed ceramic ball bearings is 20% higher than that of ordinary bearings of the same specifications. The service life is 2-3 times of that of ordinary bearings of the same specifications. |
