System description:
The micro lubrication system is intended to deliver a small amount of lubricant to the moving area between the tool and the workpiece when it is involved in cutting or non cutting operations. When the internal lubrication method is used, the compressed air or oil spray is transmitted directly to the lubrication points between the cutter and the workpiece through the spindle, the tool holder and the cutter.
SKF LubriLean, external MQL:
When using an external lubrication method, the oil spray is supplied from the outside through the nozzle to the lubrication point. With the right expertise, the machine tool can not be used to feed the lubricant with the internal MQL method can be upgraded using SKF LubriLean external method for oil feed. |
