High performance driver solution
The performance of roller screw is far from the ball screw. They are suitable for heavy loads, heavy, high speed, high speed and high acceleration (especially the planetary roller screw), maximum precision and application of stiffness and suitable for use in harsh environments.
With a roller screw, the applied load is transferred from the nut to the screw shaft through the cylindrical surface of the roller. Compared with the ball screw design, the total contact area between the shaft, the roller and the nut is greatly increased, which leads to a larger bearing capacity and an increase in service life.
All of these surfaces are made of advanced hardened bearing steel and have been subjected to precision grinding to obtain the best surface finish and durability.

The load bearing capacity of super power roller screw is much higher than that of traditional series.
Recirculating roller screw: roller with grooves provide a series of ideal combination of properties, including minimum axial bearing capacity, fine resolution and positioning accuracy of the lead, ultra precision drive solutions stiffness. By means of a small lead or a small helix angle, this technique is less driven and can provide self-locking and low rolling friction.
